A three-judge appeals court panel has ruled that a lawsuit against the city of Stillwater in the 2012 death of Jack Ariola Erenberg can move forward. The suit against Washington County and the Minnesota Department of Health, however, cannot move forward.
Father in Lily Lake case seeks Supreme Court review [Nov.26, 2014 update]
The father of Jack Ariola Erenberg is asking the Minnesota Supreme Court to review an appeals court decision that barred part of his lawsuit in his son’s death. An appeals court ruled in October that the suit could continue against the city of Stillwater, but not against Washington County or the state.
